President Beth Monroe has 18 years experience forming and managing staffing and related service firms, including operations, sales, mergers and an IPO. Beth was President of Washington's largest financial staffing firm, Don Richard Associates, and became Executive Vice President of Acsys, the 5th largest financial staffing firm in the U.S. prior to its sale to a Dutch conglomerate in 2000.

Andrew Chase, the firm's Executive Vice President, has built a 20-year career in business consulting as a strategist, manager, business developer and founder of his own consulting firm. His clients have included technology, transportation, and engineering firms; government contractors; and the Federal Government. Prior to opening his own firm, he was a Practice Leader with Booz, Allen Hamilton, an International Management Consulting firm. He has an MBA from Wharton and MS Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

Khristie Andrus is JustinBradley's Vice President. She has a six-year history in the staffing industry. Joining Don Richard Associates in 1995, Khristie grew through the ranks of DRA's temporary operations division—from placement coordinator to organizing and managing large consulting projects to business development. In addition, she was part of the inception team that launched Don Richard's legal staffing practice. Upon DRA's sale to Acsys, she became responsible for advertising and marketing for the Mid-Atlantic Region of the company.
