Patrick Trainor

Lead Research Associate

Patrick received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Virginia Tech and master’s degree in library and information science from the University of Pittsburgh.  He came to JustinBradley as a Records Management consultant to aid the company’s transition to a paperless environment and subsequently became a full-time Research Associate on JustinBradley’s Project Solutions Group. In his current role, Patrick focuses on recruiting subject matter experts for a variety of complex consulting projects and sourcing financial talent across the United States in support of JustinBradley’s Project Solutions, Staff Augmentation and Search practices. He leads JustinBradley’s research of industry best practices and coaches colleagues about new techniques and technologies in sourcing and recruiting.

Patrick was raised in Fairfax, Virginia, and is an ardent supporter of the Washington Capitals and Virginia Tech Hokies. He is a voracious reader and the owner of a small, vinyl-only independent record label.
